House #1 is a 2 Story Cape located right behind house #2. It sleeps up to 11 people.

From the deck of the house you are overlooking beautiful Danforth Bay of Ossipee Lake. Take in the scenery or watch the people on the water. Spend time in the hot tub soaking up the wonders of the lake and the peaceful life of vacationing in NH on the Lake.Make this one of your best vacations ever!

3 Bedrooms:

- 2 Bedrooms with a Queen bed in each.

- 1 with two sets of bunk beds, 3 twins 1 full size bed, (sleeps 5 people).

- 1 pull-out couch in the living room.

- Room to put at least 2 air mattresses in the bedrooms.

- Linen for all of the beds and pull-out couches.

- Full kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, all cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, glasses, toaster, coffee maker, blender, ....

- 6 Person Hot Tub

- Washer / Dryer

- 1 Bath on the main floor, 1 Bath on the second floor.

- TV, VCR, DVD

We provide clean sheets and bedding for all beds, we DO NOT provide towels.
